Description

The social justice ministry at Galilee recognizes that there are persons with whom exist on the margins of society. It is our belief that as the body of believers, we are called by God to address the needs of those persons who are among the marginalized groups. We uphold the faith tenet that every person is of equal value and are to be recognized and strengthen within their context. The ministry engages in political, educational, social, and economic divides and beyond, where discriminatory practices are committed against persons. We believe that the disruption of one’s social position threatens their spiritual position. The ministry strives to engage all persons through outreach efforts with hopes of inspiring, setting those who are captive free, and winning souls for Christ.
